Holgate Preschool Description
We are a registered charity operating independently from within the Methodist Church building. We provide the very best childcare to little ones aged from 2 to 5 years old and try to keep our fees as low as possible through fundraising and applying for grants where applicable. The preschool is run by a voluntary committee, preschool manager Debbie Graham and a dedicated team of highly skilled childcare assistants. We are constantly striving to maintain and improve the facilities of our children and community and are delighted to be rated 'good' by Ofsted. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our sponsors, local businesses, individuals and groups who have helped us along the way!

Pre-School will be open on Tuesday 7th May at 9.00am after the bank holiday . The training day was moved to last Thursday the 2nd May when we were closed.
Polite notice. Pre-School closes today at 2pm for the Easter Holidays. We are back on Monday 29th April. Please note we are closed for a training day on Thursday 2nd May. Also closed Monday 6th May for Bank holiday.... Thank you and Happy Easter.

Today we set up our Superhero role play area.This idea came from the children's interests and imaganitive play.

Yesterday we had a visit from a nurse , Sister Helen Hope. She spoke to the children about her role and what it's like to go to hospital.
