This is a family owned caravan sited in a quiet cul de sac away from the road on a premier pitch with plenty of space for children to play safely.

Situated on Marton Mere Holiday Village, a luxury 3 bedroom caravan sleeps 6, consisting of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, Central heated and double glazed. Private decking with seating area.

Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge /freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob.

Living room with electric living flame fire, 32" LED television and Blu-Ray player. Patio doors leading to gated veranda with patio furniture.

Twin bedrooms have 19" LED TVs

Two bathrooms one with shower, basin and toilet and one with toilet and basin.

Price does not include Haven Funworks passes. These can be purchased from reception on arrival.

A bond of £75 will be required to secure dates. The bond will be returned after the caravan has been checked for cleanliness and damages and hence is not refunded for any cancellation.

The rental charge will be due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date. If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away we will require the full rental charge and the bond at the time of booking.
