Nick and I are very comfortable and confident around all breeds of dog, delighted to be accepted by the most timid of cats, cage birds, poultry and even those found in a small holding are all within our skills.

Specialist Pet Industry business sitters!

Nick and I have been involved with the pet care industry for over 40 years and hold City and Guilds qualifications, as well as undergoing specialist nutritional training by most of the leading pet food suppliers.

While running our award winning retail pet stores we were very aware of the 'dangers' of closing for a holiday and on the one occasion we did it cost us a number of our most valued customers.
We have always been very ‘hands on’ running our busy specialist pet stores.

In 2012 Nick and I were given the opportunity to sell our business, and have had a great time catching-up on all those weekend breaks and holidays. We spent 2 months in Italy in 2013 what a treat.

We have all the very specialist knowledge in nutrition, animal care, caging and over the counter medications to be able to effectively hold 'the fort' while you are re-charging your batteries.
We have a very comfortable caravan that we are happy to bring to a camp site near your business should it not be practicable or necessary to stay in your home.

Holiday cover works like this:
- You contact and we discuss your needs and dates required.

- We send you some questions so we hit the shop floor running.

- We come and meet you and collect keys spending time with you and getting know your requirements

- You go away for a super well earned break, we will keep you up-date by text or email as often as you wish to enable you to relax.

- On your return we take your next booking and off we trundle.

Yes sorry - we do charge for the service.

But if you would like to give us a try for a few days or weekend during this year before booking a week or 2 away next year we will do our best to accommodate.
