I have used Holiday Extras for a few years now to book a hotel and parking before flying out of the country. Always had great service and prices. Very easy to book, or cancel on the website, or app.

Holiday extras brilliant car parking always use it also the lounges great service brilliant Value go away 6 times a year and wouldn't travel without booking with them

Have used holidays extra for the last few years for airport hotel and parking. Have never had any problems whatsoever. I use the mobile app as well to update cancel or change bookings. I’ve never had to complain and the hotels I have booked are exactly as described. Will be using again next year I expect once we book our holiday.

Have used holiday extras before to book overnight hotel stay and car parking and we were very pleased with the service we got. This is why we have booked again this year.

Have never had a bad experience with HE and would never think twice about using them they cater for all your needs. Excellent service 😀😀

Had a little problem getting out of east midlands but the day we went in the barriers were off due to high winds. Quickly sorted. Like the way the whole thing works

Great service from holiday extras we got our holiday insurance and booked our hotel and parking thru them service was great so easy to use and we would recommend them every time

Always been reliable and courteous and good value for money with plenty of choices For most budgets

A great help when travelling abroad well worth a visit

We had a good 3 hours in the lounge food & drinks good only down side was reserved seats ??????

They helped me out for when it came to my overnight stay at a hotel before going on holiday

Very poor experience at East MIdlands airport , number plate recognition did not work on exit from car park and took over 10 minutes to get answer from intercom and holding up traffic in the process .

If you went to a supermarket, and that supermarket charged you twice for your shopping, you would expect it sorted quickly, there and then. The same clearly can’t be said for Holiday Extras, who double charged me for the airport parking I booked through the site and have said I need to wait two weeks for a customer services referral. Meanwhile, they are quite happy to hold on to my money. Last time I will ever use this company. Mistakes happen from time to time, but not rectifying something like this immediately is totally unacceptable. Will never use this company again and advise people to double check their bank statements.
