Wonderful!! Stayed for one night only on route to see Harry Potter but would of liked more, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was delicious too..... Thankyou
We stayed here on monday (28/08/17) after visiting the Harry Potter studio tour. Great location & a lovely hotel. Spacious, clean & the bed was super comfy.. we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who was very helpful & friendly & also gave us some good recommendations (wish i could remember his name) the breakfast was good, cereals, croissants, & juices were my go to as we had to eat & go! But all in all i would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends & family!!!
Stayed here whilst visiting Harry Potter Studios and would not hesitate to stay here again if I'm ever in the area. Very modern hotel & room was very clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Plenty of parking too. Breakfast was excellent and had a lot of choice. Don't hesitate to book this hotel.
Stayed at this with my family. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was superb! Friendly staff plus free parking. The location was good suited our needs very well as it was close to the shops. Overall comment "excellent" We were all delighted by your services.
Stayed at this Holiday Inn Express we booked 4 rooms for Adults and Children. The Staff were great, the rooms were pristedge and comfortable. We had travelled far to attend a family funeral the next day, the Manager allowed us to stay beyond our booking out time giving us ample time to get ready with out feeling rushed and hanging around for our departure time. We cannot thank you enough especially at such a sad time for our family... I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express the price for the room and free breakfast is well worth it...

Great, surprisingly good, stylish hotel. Rooms have everything you would want, sizeable and just right, including useful plug points by the table and sofa for your tech. Big t.v. great comfy bed. Can't fault this. Bar snacks tea & coffee. Great breakfast. Functional clean modern helpful staff.
Fantastic hotel! We are locals, having renovations and so stayed here for two weeks. We can only say that we were treated amazingly well by all staff but especially Peter and the evening staff! We were a family of 4, children 8 & 6 and every step of our stay was extremely comfortable. Thank you holiday inn express St Albans οΏ½
Fabulous location, very fresh and modern hotel, very new but well run, clean and friendly, breakfast was varied and suited everyone, free parking and just off the m25, so very easy to get on and off!! Bar in reception was open on late arrival and were very welcoming. Spacious and comfy room with nice decor and curtain features x

Brilliant. Okay its budget but the service and facilities are mixing with the big boys. Stayed one night with a family of four to get an early start for the Harry Potter Studio Tour. Absolutely perfect. We will be staying here againπ
Brilliant stay - Room exceeded expectation. Clean , Iron and board + hairdrier in room. Request for extra tea bags and milk - no problem. Breakfast lovely - lots to choose from (hot choice- bacon sausage scrambled egg and beans) cereal yoghurt, fruit , croissants toast. muffins. Constantly being replenished. All staff polite and helpful a credit to them. Nothing was too much trouble.
Brilliant helpful friendly staff, rooms and hotel are spotless. Beds are the best ever!!! Never slept in such a comfy bed in my whole life I really want to take the bed home with me lol. Drinks are very reasonably priced. Breakfast I can't fault either, a great selection and you can help yourself to whatever. It has to be the best hotel I've stayed in so far in my opinion. Very very happy with my experience.
Brill hotel for a stop over before heading off to Harry Potter! Great value for money, clean room with everything you could want, fab breakfast particularly liked the coffee to go. Very conveniently situated minutes from the M25 and close to a range of shops, pubs and supermarkets. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks for a great stay!
Absolutely fantastic! We stayed from Friday to Sunday. The room was pristine clean, fully equipped with many items you may need. Nothing was a problem and every employee was smiling, kind and courteous. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice and variety, constantly being checked and replenished and to a very high standard. All branded items too plus fresh fruit which was good quality and condition, plus a takeaway option if needed to eat and grab a hot or cold drink on the go.
Reception was clean and constantly smelled fragranced. Toilets were clean and fresh at all times of the day. I honestly do not have one bad word to say about this hotel. Exceeded our expectations by far and then some! We will be returning again very soon.

Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish! We travelled up for a dance comp, kids galore nd the stuff couldn't have been more helpful!! Supplied us with plates nd cutlery for our takeaway so we didn't have to drag em out, helped us all withheld WiFi!! Breakfast was lovely nd fresh nd again the ladies couldn't do enough for us!! We would 100% stay again, thanks everyone!!
The hotel was amazingly clean and fresh and the rooms well laid out with some cool features (wall USB sockets, shower head and bedside lights) The in-house restaurant menu was really poor not much choice. Staff was lovely and the breakfast was really nice
Stayed here when going to Harry Potter studio tour. Ideal location, Fab hotel, lovely and clean and the bed was so comfy. Bathroom was spotless and the staff were helpful and friendly. Downside was breakfast... no one cleaned or cleared away tables, food everywhere... fresh fruit drinks were empty. I would def go again but not pay for breakfast and go elsewhere.
Really nice hotel, extremely clean and just of the M25 just beside all the shops. Free parking and breakfast. Family rooms a bit small but all in all nice hotel
