Holier Than Thou

Just had to share the great service by friendly and professional staff, my piercing had come out, Marc expertise in getting back in after it started to heal without causing any pain was remarkable. Greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

It is my first time I am writing a review, just because I believe that they are the best tattoo shop in Manchester. They are experts with reasonable price. The team is so friendly as well. I encourage you to go there.

such friendly, helpful, comforting staff. it looks a bit weird from outside but dont let that fool you. inside is very clean, modern, and friendly with lots of info, advice and choice. I lost the ball on my earing and went in to buy a new earring. The just gave me a ball for free no questions asked. Great service!

Had my medusa re-pierced today after having it out for a year, was dreading the pain as it's the most painful piercing I've had.
The lady that did it for me was fantastic, I don't know her name but she was lovely, genuinely caring and professional.
She did it so quickly knowing I was dreading it, she's great! 🙌
It was my first time at holier than thou and certainly won't be the last.

Don't normally write reviews but had to give praise. I wanted a piercing and felt passionate about not getting a botch job that would later get infected. I LOVED holier than thou. They were friendly, informative and seemed to really care about the quality of what they did. I was quite new to piercings having only had my lobes done previously but don't feel in the dark about anything to do with the aftercare. I also found the shop a comfortable environment which was also very important to me. I was made to feel right at ease. Absolutely recommend

Great service and advice from the start. My original idea was worked into a beautiful piece by Christine that I am absolutely thrilled with. They even threw in a touch up on an old tattoo at no extra cost. Also, great music and conversation. I wouldn't have work done anywhere else!

I've literally only just had a tattoo (my first!) completed by Chelsea, one of the artists working here. In all honesty, the experience was a very, very positive one.

My tattoo looks great, the staff are inviting and friendly, and the general atmosphere of the place is buzzing and welcoming. They really blew me away with how unpretentious, how not scary, and how proud everyone was to be changing other people's bodies. Plus, in order to do this, the artists are all fully registered, trained, and self employed, so you're as much adding to the business as you are to the people that keep it running.

Chelsea, in fact, more specifically, took the time to make sure I was happy with my tattoo by showing me various stencils in different areas of my arms, vaguely knowing where I wanted my tattoo to be. This really made a difference, and I'd encourage anyone to visit in order to have a wide range of body modifications done, which HTT provides. Also, a really minor point, but the grammar and spelling used on their website is amazing; and if that doesn't sell it, I don't know what will!

These guys are so super friendly, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else or even let my friends choose otherwise. Their professionalism is second to none.

Every time I go in there the staff have a lovely rapport with customers. This is regardless of if you're a regular or a first time customer. I reccomend these to all the people I know needing piercings in Manchester. The only decent place worth mentioning. Highly conscientious and accredited for what they do, great prices and an amazing range of professional grade jewellery. Something to suit everyone. There are also a range of fantastic artists available to tattoo in a very clean studio. Not to mention the high level awareness of body modification which I cannot wait to partake in the future at this amazing place.

Been going to these guys for years now and have ended up with some really great piercings and mates as well! Super friendly and comforting so exactly what you need! I trust them with every one of my piercings! Always recommended to piercings newbies and seasoned body modifiers alike. The jewellery selection is there is 10/10 as well!
