Hi, I'm Gemma, your Holistic Health Coach and Therapist.

I offer a range of online courses and treatments to assist you in all areas of your life and help you be the best version of yourself living a life that you absolutely love.

I work with you holistically to treat your mind, body and soul. Going beyond the presenting problems to resolve issues on a metaphysical level.

My 6 week online courses include My Awesome Life Project, Nourish Me Project, My Plant Based Project, I Quit Sugar Project and Stress Free Me Project.

All of my courses begin with expanding your mindset and retraining your brain to enable you to succeed in what ever you wish and get as much out of the courses as you possibly can.

My Treatments include Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Reiki and Crystal Healing.

I have a BSc Honours Degree in Psychology, A Diploma in Complementary Therapies and I am a fully Qualified Advanced Life Coach. I hold qualifications in Nutrition (specialising in Vegetarian and Vegan nutrition) Yoga, Meditation, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am currently studying The Law of Attraction.

I use my skills and experience to tailor courses and treatments specifically for your needs.

I have studied and worked in health for almost 20 years, working with many different clients from all walks of life with a wide range of issues. I opened "Moods" in 2012 after returning from 10 months travelling where I discovered and experienced ancient philosophies and therapies and deeply felt that I needed to share this way of life with as many people as possible.

Perhaps most importantly I'm also a human being who understands just how it feels to constantly struggle through life. I have discovered ways to make it awesome and create a life that I absolutely love to live. I am passionate about sharing my work with you and helping you get the best out of life too.
