I also run an Advocacy Service for anyone who may need someone to speak on their behalf regarding any barriers to their wellbeing in any aspect of life. Holistix Therapy also endorses the use of CBD in various forms and methods to promote overall health and wellbeing. There are 4 Major Components of your Holistic Health. They are Mental Health; Physical Health; Spiritual Health; & Emotional Health. We achieve optimal health when each component remains balanced and habitually maintained. Within this there are 16 areas of holistic health: Climate; Sexual Health; Stress; Sleep; Exercise; Diet; Posture; Toxins; Microbiome; Genetics; Immune response; Body Systems; Behavior & Attitude Modifications & Bioenergy of Life Force; Qi (Chi) or Chakara Balanced Enhancement; Relationship Coaching; & Spiritual Coaching. Some services may require additional practitioners to ensure a first-class standard of service during your holistic experiences.
