Most GPs are great. Saw one who made me feel like I was imposing. Phone system still a pain but some marked improvement.
Wish reception would be friendlier like they were in 2016!

The staff there get a lot off abuse. They Carnot magic opponents if they've not got them the reason for the answer machine is that all people get the same chance to get appointment I there all the time because of my condition and find them very helpful Blame the government not the staff and give the staff a break they do there very best with wot they're got.

never answer the phone, 48 times I tried today, can have appointment in 3 days for a baby!!!!! shocking! reception staff are rude, and think they are fully qualified Gp's themselves!!!

Was ringing yesterday for 45 minutes before being told there were no appointments left. Tried again today and haven't got through again. Should be able to book for day as this is totally unfair

The GP's at this busy surgery are brilliant. My husband has a chronic lung condition and they are always available and supportive. If people were more willing to post positive experiences I'm sure they would outway the negative. Especially if comparing to other surgerys.

Friendly polite reception staff. Shame the Sinfin surgery can't boast the same.

I tried to contact them from 08:00 for an appointment for my 2 year old only to be told when I eventually got through at 08:35 there are no appointments left.This is shocking! why have 2 phones and limited appointments if it is open until 20:00?.I Will be looking for an alternate doctors as this seems to be a re occurring thing.I Would recommend not having this as your surgery as you could be hospitalised before you see someone.

Walk in and give your name to the sullen receptionist who barely acknowledges you. Wait 15 mins over your due appointment time and then check with another receptionist what the delay is - No record of arrival, awesome!
