We had booked on line to start our games at 12.30 but we arrived early & was allowed to start our game early. We then sat & ordered some food & the gentleman (David) gave excellent service, didn’t wait long for our food & it was very nice. Thank you for a great time.

We all loved it!!!!

In fact we didn’t leave till the afternoon after having a gamble and game of pool � x

Kids had great time just way to expensive in my eyes but all round good good good xxx kids love it so all good

Had an amazing time with the kids and can’t wait to bowl again

Had an amazing evening at vip night loved it great service staff was amazing and very accomodating

Great staff, really helpful and the kids really enjoyed it.

Bit pricy but great fun all had great time

A last minute Saturday night booking was found a lane straight away and even got to play and extra game. Happy staff added to a fun couple of hours. Thanks Hollywood Bowl Taunton.

A great faw hours of family fun well worth the money

We pre-booked and when we went to the desk the man serving said they have almost finished their game your next, come back in 10-15 minutes and we will set it up for you. Went to the arcade bit came back in 15 minutes went to the desk the lady who served us said the people in front of you have maybe ten minutes left then it's you we went behind the lane to wait it was a different set of people on the lane who had just started bowling and would be far longer than 10 minutes! To be fair to the staff they upgraded us to a VIP lane so we could bowl straight away and solved the mess up. We had great fun unfortunately the balls kept getting stuck and we had to keep calling a staff member over to free them they did there best to resolve it but it sadly kept happening. Overall the staff were great and although there were some issues every effort was made to sort them great customer service all round.

We were pre-booked yesterday for 3.30pm. We arrived on time to be told we'd have to wait for about 20 - 25 minutes. That was disappointing, as it makes a mockery of pre-booking. We didn't actually get to play until 4.15pm, once the previous players were cleared off the system.

We did spot a lane become available, so went to ask for a swap, to find a family who just arrived 20 minutes late (also for a 3.30pm booking that was on your system as 1.30pm), being given the lane with no waiting.

There was also another group who arrived and went to play straight away, while we still waited.

I don't know the cause of the delay, but we assume too many people were playing who hadn't pre-booked.

Surely when there are delays, lanes should be allocated to waiting groups only when they become available, so everyone plays in the correct order.

Over all a good experience but unfortunately the bowling alley is let down by disgusting toilets. The male toilets stank to high heaven of urine , the smell was so bad I could still smell it 5 minutes after I used the urinals. My wife informed me that the women's toilets were just as bad if not worse. Soiled tissue on the floor of the cubicles and a blocked toilet in another cubicle. According to a sign in the men's toilets they are checked regularly.....if regular means once a week.....

Bowling was fun, had a good laugh. There was no loo roll in the ladies the whole time we were there, notified a member of staff, he said he’d sort it, he didn’t. The food was awful, pizza was raw underneath and burnt around the edges. Curly fries were very nice tho, felt sorry for the poor lad in the kitchen on his own. Also, a better selection of beer would be good.

Arrived for birthday booked for 2pm. Had to wait until 2.15. On the same booking ordered 2 kits of juice. Bloke took my ticket and disappeared, we got the juice 10 mins before game finished. Waste of time. Then ordered a burger and curly fries just one and waited 25 mins for it to be ready. Only one person cooking �

Had a birthday party. Very poor organisation and set up. Party host wasn't as involved as I expected. Not impressed. Sent an email to highlight my complaint. Won't book another party or recommend .

Don't bother booking a lane in advance, waited nearly an hour after our booked time, if had not said something would have waited longer I think.

We’re regulars on wednesday nights and for the second time we’re asked to leave because not all of us had brought drinks (bearing in mind between us we had been in the arcades, played pool and brought drinks). Supposedly a new rule has been put in place by a CEO or something saying unless every single person has a drink we aren’t allowed to stay. This was disappointing and quite frankly feels like a waste of money to me. His words were any groups of teens which discriminated us even though the staff are aware we have never been a problem.

I visited a few weeks back and the quality was awful, food was cold and tasteless. Staff were rude, place was dirty.
