A great shop, after purchasing from these guys on like i had to visit.
A great shop with lots to choose from, with staff who can not do enough to help, this is a super shop to buy from.

It's a good store with lots of costumes and friendly staff. It is a bit pricey and one of the costumes we bought was missing a bit. Customer service was good in replacing the item but it meant a journey back into town. It was crowded when we went but even without a crowded the isles were narrow so a bad layout and i would not try and take my scooter or wheel chair in. There is no changing facility which would b3 ok of the costumes were cheaper but they are not so i wanted but could not try mine on.

Do not buy anything from this shop! Spent over £100 in here, party was unfortunately cancelled and was told couldnt have a refund. None of the items had even been touched. Was offered store credit, but what possible reason would i want more fancy dress? The manger was rude and the shop was a mess. There was no customer service at all. The boy behind the counter didnt have a clue, Do yourself a favour and use the one in the marlands. I will certainly be telling everyone i know to steer clear. Not happy at all.

A great selection of costumes and accessories

Awful customer service. Manager is very rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful. She watches your every move when walking around the shop. Very blunt and unfriendly and if you ask about trying on clothes she seems to get annoyed. Needs to improve her cusomer service skills or be sacked. Not sure why she is allowed to be in charge of a shop. I wouldnt buy from here

Love this place for all costumes but I wish that the staff wouldn't follow me around like a shadow it's only a small place as it is and they make me feel like I'm there to rob the place

Frozen piñata 19.99 got an identical one from the range 9.99. They wouldn't price match or even consider improving their price at all.

Very unhelpful, surly staff. You're not allowed to try anything on and if not suitable you can't return item. We wanted to buy a few items but staff put us all off. We went to the the fancy dress shop in Marlands and spent our money.

I would not buy ANYTHING from this shop again. They have a no returns policy which is stupid considering you can't try anything on in store. I was worried about the sizing anyway but the woman "helping" me was positive that the medium would fit. She held it against me and said it was fine. So I took her word for it not knowing that when I got home It wouldn't fit. I brung it back the next day they were open and they said no refunds! How ridiculous. I'm now out £40 for a costume that I don't even want! NEVER coming here again! If I could give no stars I would! Stupid policy's and stupid staff. Very angry customer.
