Happy 🌞🌞 Friday Everyone
We have had a break in at the hut this morning....... garden furniture knocked over and a chair missing Then I spotted a few clues........ Walk down the field and I stumbled across the culprit!!!! Don’t worry she was fine..
Spring has sprung. First cut of the grass tonight and spotted the little fish in the pond it must be warming up.

What a great way to end our season with a "Fabulous" review. It's been a fantastic time meeting new people and lovely to hear compliments about our little hut. Every year we take onboard any constructive feedback to help us improve so look out for some changes for 2019.

It's got a little cooler this past week but that hasn't spoilt the enjoyment of staying at Holmebeck our guests have been lighting the stove and cooking pizzas in the oven using our new pizza trays from Wham (made in the uk 🇬🇧 )
Some great feedback about our hut and the local businesses close by. We got a treat too Wedding Cupcakes from our Honeymooners

Wow, wow, WOW! Everyone must stay here! Me and my partner stayed last night and it was just perfect! Clare and Shaun are the perfect hosts and know exactly how to treat their guests. From the comfort of the hut to the little treats such as the breakfast hamper, it was just perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone! Thank u so much �����
What a little gem you have here, just got home from a 2 night stay and already checking the availability to see when we can get there next. Great friendly couple highly reccomend for a nice break. Hope to be back soon as available.
We stayed in the middle of August and I can honestly say it is exactly what we needed! You have thought of every little thing that we could have needed, made us feel so welcome and the hut itself is simply stunning. I can see that we will be visiting again and have already recommended your hut to our friends and family. Thank you for creating this little haven and being the wonderful hosts you are! :)
This place is absolutely amazing! We loved every minute of it! The hot tub was fantastic - the hut had everything you needed and a lovely wee hamper aswell. We also cooked pizza on the log burning stove! Plenty walks around and pubs within walking distance that are dog friendly! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Myself and my husband had THE BEST TIME ever in this little Shepard’s Hut. It was perfect. So clean and homely, the breakfast basket, it literally had everything you needed and much more. The hot tub was so lovely in the evening, with candles lit around the edges, fairy lights in the trees and the peace and quite. We will be back!
Just returned after a lovely three days at holmebeck. The Shepards Hut is wonderful and has everything you need all cleverly hidden away/stored to make the most of the space. Clare has created a fantastic hut and the thought and passion that has went into it really does translate into a cosy and homely space. Surrounding the hut is rolling countryside and a wonderful garden and large pond which is full of wildlife. The hot tub is very relaxing, sitting there watching the stars with a beer is great. Next to holmebeck is a local farm and farm shop which is the best I've ever visited. If you enjoy the bacon "best I've ever had" wait till you try the sausages and steak. Will be back soon. Just had the most relaxing time at the hut. It's a proper little bit of magic! So comfy cosy, warm, peaceful and now the added hot tub for relaxation is just perfect. Super hamper thoughtfully put together, even doggy treats ♡ Grand welcome from the lovely owners.
