Our winemaking team – headed by the multi-award-winning Martin Fowke – ensure that our wines are perfectly blended, well balanced and show distinctive varietal character. All our wine is available to buy in the English Wine Shop on site or online and makes the perfect gift for the connoisseur.

With 7 acres of vineyard and unrivaled, panoramic views of the Holme Valley, Holmfirth Vineyard is a perfect destination for a unique day out. Make the most of your visit and join us on one of our twice daily tours. On the tour we’ll inform the novice and expert alike on the history of the vineyard, what we grow here and how we manage it. We’ll introduce you to the carefully selected modern varieties that have been specially developed to thrive in Northern latitudes. You’ll get a tour of our winery where you’ll learn about the winemaking process and get to taste three wines from our range. We have a number of unique packages available should you wish to follow your tour with lunch or afternoon tea in our restaurant.

Since 2011, Holmfirth Vineyard has been catering for discerning diners in its world-class restaurant. It is the perfect location to tuck into a hearty Yorkshire breakfast, while away an afternoon with a traditional afternoon tea on the terrace, or settle down to an evening meal from our a-la-carte menu. Our enthusiastic team of chefs make every effort to source quality, seasonal produce from some of Yorkshire’s finest producers.
