Holmgate Church

We are a group with mixed backgrounds and from all ages who live around Clay Cross and enjoy worshipping God at Holmgate Church. What we have in common is a love for Christ, a belief in the Bible and a desire to welcome anyone who would like to join us.

Holmgate Church is a warm hearted, growing evangelical church affiliated to the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches (FIEC) with a reputation for good Bible teaching and caring for people. It has many active ministries with a membership of 60 + and Sunday morning attendance of 90-100.

Our emerging vision is to build and establish a team ministry which not only equips believers to do good works but also to reach further into our community and to develop children, schools and youth work. The expansion of Clay Cross and surrounding areas is exciting and we are always keen to get involved with the community.
