Went to home bargains earlier today, What Amazing customer service ! one of your lovely staff members (Emily) helped me find everything I needed ! What an incredible asset to your team ! Thank you

Brilliant service from Mary, and a pleasant young man on the till today(sorry, I didn't get his name) thankyou very much

Went to home bargains earlier on today and all was well. Found the items required (plus more) which was very good.

The down side to my visit was what i believe to be a "manager or team leader" shouting at the staff in front of customers using quite serious attitude on more than one occassion.

The poor staff members must have felt so low after being talked to in this way as i find that this was outrageous and so un proffessional.

I do have a description of this staff memeber if required.

haven't shopped in there for years. rude staff in Exmouth store.
