Thank you to the wonderful members of staff in Harborne who found the money my daughter dropped and then went out of their way to find us in the Hight Street to give it back to her. It restores faith in human nature when people are kind and honest like this.

I LOVE home bargain....like the name suggests LOTSA bargains 2 b had 4 the home as well as everything else!!

Harborne home bargins is so much better than westbrom, northfield, one stop perrybarr, dudley, smethwick capehill. I prefer harbone because its so much bigger and better than these other homebargins. It reminds me of b+m heybarnes not far from asda small heath!!!!

The manager here is disgusting. He watched and ignored a man having a seizure for twenty minutes. Utterly inexcusable!!!!! He failed to call an ambulance instead he carried on with his work.... when confronted he said he spoke with the man and the man stated he didn't want an ambulance.... however for the whole twenty minutes I saw him the man could hardly speak.... he was having a seizure!!!! Ignorant rude and idiotic! You should be ashamed to have him not only working for you but managing the shop!

So glad I popped in yesterday caught 2 thieves and told the management and they looked at me like I had just stick a fork in there eye even though I gave them the item back too

But do not worry about it can figure how you got promoted

So busy in this store and just a nightmare

Really worried about the safety of your store in Harborne Birmingham. Today whilst I was queuing at the till I noticed a man sat on a chair at the end of the till having a seizure (he was shaking all over and was unresponsive) . The lady serving at the till had said he has been there for about 15 minutes and she had called management 4 times for help. However the lady said that management had refused to help and phone for a ambulance. Therefore, knowing how serious seizures can be, I called for an ambulance. As a retail store it is your responsibility to have someone on hand who is First Aid trained. The fact that you didn't call an ambulance shows neglect in care to your customers which is seriously worrying! If I hadn't had phoned the ambulance I dread to think what could have happened! I hope you can learn from this and make sure your management are more responsive in the future.

Not impressed that this store on the harborne high street never had any of the things that i wanted this has happened 4 times now. My friends and family say harborne is better but it aint its just like the other homebargins stores. The only good thing about the harborne store is that it has bedding, frozen food, and other things that the smaller stores don't have yeah obvisoly its a bigger store. The staff are friendly and helpful no complaints about the staff. They just need to stock up the selves and i'll be happy. Yes i know things go quick like hot cakes. Stock up please harborne branch and other stores too.
