Love the store but staff let it down,miserable and pretty unhelpful

Got every thing I needed at a good price cheaper than elsewhere love this shop

Shelves all stocked and very helpful staff

Poor customer service and a management team that takes 2 managers and another member of staff 10 mins to deal with a return. I was at the checkout 13 minutes before another till was opened at the far end of the checkout so had to wait where I was total time waiting at till before I was served 17 minutes, and only because I was complaining to a member of management. It felt like I was in the wrong to complain.

Yet another tat shop. Bransholme has got more than enough of this sort of thing
