This has to be the best bargain shop in the country by far.

They Are always willing to help , the seem happy In their work.

I ordered 20 mixed roses and a box of chocolates for my Mum’s birthday. They arrived to my Mum’s address on the morning of her birthday, safely boxed, well presented, and looking healthy. I was notified of each step during the delivery by Royal Mail via email, which added peace of mind to the process. I am impressed by the high quality service and flowers for such a low price. My Mum has now asked for your web address as she wants to use your delivery service in the future. Thank you for helping to make my Mum’s birthday extra special!

Lots of choice

Like a very special kind of hell.So much bigger loads of stuff but the tills couldn't handle the volume. Massive queues. Put me off returning.

Regularly shop in Home Bargains and spend a fair bit of money there. Not any more! I

bought a lint remover and it put a hole in my expensive dress. I emailed the company and was told to go back to the shop and fill in a form. I have now received a letter from them which implies that l may have used it incorrectly as this is the first complaint of this nature. ( basically calling me a liar) Not so, l work in a dry cleaners and use these items daily. The upshot of my complaint is nothing. I can 'appeal' in writing or email. They have the item, so no refund on that either. No wonder Tom Morris is listed in Forbes as one of the richest men in Britain. He must be laughing at all us mugs that buy his crap.

And the 'customer service' is diabolical. A complete waste of time ringing them.

Ordered a back pack online. Had an email saying it had been shipped, but it hasn't arrived at the store.

Massive que at till standing wasting Saturday off work not even a bargain to be had no opening promotions nothing well done �

I’ve brought a wireless speaker and it arrived broken. Now been trying to organise a simple return and refund for over a month! They now have the faulty item and my money and are now ignoring all communication and refusing to refund. !!
