I had an exceptional experience with this home-brew shop. My emails were answered extremely quickly. The post and packaging was superb - ice packs and protective packaging kept a safe consistent climate for the yeast I ordered. Furthermore it arrived within 24 hours in a 1 hour slot for an extremely reasonable price - especially considering I ordered in the afternoon!

I had previously I used their ebay store to buy a hydrometer; the price was competitive and their service was also held a high standard.

I'll definitely order from them again and I recommend them for other homebrewers.
