Trish Pead and her Australian husband Jack, have over 15 years of experience in property developing in the UK, Europe and Australia. Having renovated, styled and sold many of their own properties, they have a reliable team of professional decorators, carpenters, plumbers, electricians and gardeners to call on and they are able to provide their clients with invaluable advice.
Whilst the building side is left in the capable hands of Jack, it's the design and styling of a property that Trish is passionate about.
"It's not about spending a lot of money on expensive designer furnishings, it's about working creatively with what our clients already own and adding positive changes and value through colour schemes, furniture placement, textiles and accessories. We can create amazing results from a one day make-over, to a total re-design, within a budget that suits each individual".
Trish is a certified and fully insured Staging Professional. She has had formal training in Interior Design and has studied to an Advanced Level with Channel 4's "The House Doctor".
