Homebase - Kendal

Didn't have an item in stock that I made a special journey to buy, then tried to over charge me for a more expensive version of what I originally needed! Not good.

Pro established competitive but didn't have 2 out of 4 things I went in for.

Some good bargains tonight .l am a sucker for an orange sticker saying reduced .My treat to me as l havent been out for ages x

Good if not enormous Homebase, including Argos (edit: Argos now removed from store, sadly). Good parking although getting back on to the main road can be awkward (tip: if you want to turn right across the flow of traffic turn left and go up to and round the roundabout).

Good choice reasonable prices helpful staff. Particularly John who was more than helpful .
