Homeless Oxford Literature Drive - Hold

HOLD is a non-profit charity based in Oxford. Motivated by our desire to support the increasing number of homeless people seen sleeping rough on the streets, we work to distribute books amongst the homeless community in the hopes that we can offer enjoyment and respite. While homelessness continues to rise in the United Kingdom, we know that the problem cannot be solved in a few simple steps. However, we feel that steps can be made to better the wellbeing of vulnerable members of our society. Although we are a relatively new charity, we hope to find our feet and make a difference in Oxford. We are currently planning book drives for Trinity, 2019, and hope to continue our work into the next academic year.
