Ok making elderflower gin is ridiculously easy to do. You put all the ingredients together and leave for 24 hours. Just enough time to take it camping this weekend for some experimental cocktails! X

Every year I think I must pick some elderflowers and never get around to doing it. So this year I invited a friend for lunch and started with a lovely summer walk, picking flowers and gossiping.
