Steve Julien, the proprietor, is a published expert on multiple occupancy house rental. He has developed many processes and procedures to enable the smooth running of his business whether he's present, or not. He understands that keeping the client happy is key to being successful and does all he reasonably can to make this happen.

Last July we were looking for a room in a house-share for my brother. Luckily we remembered seeing HometimeUK's website before, and so we got in contact with Steve Julien.



To cut a long story short: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!



Hometime are very friendly & helpful, and unlike all those rip-off agencies that have flash offices and swan around Peterborough in fancy Mini cars (!) they don't charge exorbitant fees for this, that and the other.



It may also be of interest to mention that there was a problem recently with the central heating - exactly what you DON'T want just as the weather is getting cold! They responded straightaway and sent round their regular "fix-it" man and it was sorted promptly.. Thumbs-up all round!



By the way, if anybody reading this is dubious about online reviews - and we all know that there are fake reviews all over the internet - I can assure you that this one is 100% genuine. Feel free to message me for confirmation or whatever.

I'm using their services for first time since I'm in the country and definitely I would recommend them to everyone. Good Landlord, cheapest fares that you'll can find, and a fluent communication with the tenants. Maybe this is the reason that they haven't too many houses available.
