JAN 28–FEB 24 ONLY: POUTINE 🥓🍟🧀
We created this special together with Westcombe Dairy and Cornish Orchards to bring the best British produce together.
🧀 Westcombe’s phenomenal smoked cheddar and soft cheese curds for that gooey cheesy goodness.
... 🍎 Cornish Orchards' delicious farmhouse cider in our beef and bacon gravy.
🍔 All with our original British beef patty, Yorkshire bacon, shoestring fries, white onions and homemade pickles. Served, as always, with our rosemary salted chips.

On Monday 4 March we're hosting an Honesty Box Day at the Bond St restaurant which just opened last year.
So, you order at normal from 11:30–16:30 and instead of paying your bill, you donate whatever you can to three local charities chosen by you.
To let us know who you think we should be supporting, please select that you're interested in this event, and leave us a comment with the names of the charity (or charities!) to submit your nomination.
... We'll be randomly selecting three charities from your nominations on Thursday 14 February.
On the day, each guest will cast a vote for their chosen charity, and all three charities will receive a proportion of the donations based on their share of the total votes.
Thank you for your support and see you all on Tuesday 20 November.

If you don't know about us, Honest Burgers started here in Brighton in 2010. We don’t for a second think you’ll remember us though. We were working as waiters at Riddle & Finns and made that classic mistake of thinking it’s easy to run a food business. After a few beers in The Bath Arms, we agreed to put in £3,000 each for a tent, a grill and a fryer and served our first burgers at Brighton Food Festival. Easy!
Turns out it was a lot harder than we thought. But we didn’t stop. We met some great people who helped us open a tiny restaurant in Brixton, and then a few more. Eight years later we’re back here opening a restaurant in Brighton. To say we’re chuffed is an understatement.

Crazy how Westcombe Dairy turned this old telephone box into a functioning beech smoker for their cheddar.
We’re also using that cheddar we’re using in our Poutine special ☎️🧀

User

Just had the chicken burger special. That needs to be on the normal menu! It was special!

User

It was first time I'd been to the restaurant in Borough Market and thought the service and food was very good.

Friendly staff manged to get a table outside so first impression i would recommend it.

User

Excellent experience here this morning - delicious breakfast; really friendly, helpful and attentive staff; quick service; clean, decent baby changing... Was tempted to stay for lunch!

User

Everything about it is great. The vibe, the burger, the beer and the staff..... Oh and not expensive either. Loved it

User

After the intense hustle and bustle of Borough market what a cool little oasis of quality and calm this turned out to be.

A very warm day but sat a window table where the window opens right up so you can stay cool and take in the surroundings.

Really polite , chatty and attentive service, simple top quality mouth watering food and a more than reasonable bill,

Can't ask for more.

User

The waiter was super friendly and helpful with the menu, place itself was very clean and trendy looking. The weggie burger could work better with a little more fillings inside (such as eggplant) but the overall experience was really good! :)

User

Loved the rosemary salt chips and cheeseburger with relish was good.staff were friendly, attentive and loved the music too

User

Went in here to get out of the rain. Like £13 for a Fucking burger. Had the special burger. Waitress away with the fairies she was. Then told burger will come dripping in blood. Nope not having that shit. For £13 I'll have it how I want it. Ok I said. Food comes in a tin plate. Trying the trendy look for young folk bullshit. Burger was falling apart because of the tsunami of different sauces. Chips were ok. The rustic look without having to peel or we can't be arsed to peel look and taste. Had a German beer which was served spot on with chilled glass.
