🧀 Westcombe’s phenomenal smoked cheddar and soft cheese curds for that gooey cheesy goodness.

🍔 All with our original British beef patty, Yorkshire bacon, shoestring fries, white onions and homemade pickles. Served, as always, with our rosemary salted chips.

On Monday 4 March we're hosting an Honesty Box Day at the Bond St restaurant which just opened last year.
So, you order at normal from 11:30–16:30 and instead of paying your bill, you donate whatever you can to three local charities chosen by you.
To let us know who you think we should be supporting, please select that you're interested in this event, and leave us a comment with the names of the charity (or charities!) to submit your nomination.
... We'll be randomly selecting three charities from your nominations on Thursday 14 February.
On the day, each guest will cast a vote for their chosen charity, and all three charities will receive a proportion of the donations based on their share of the total votes.

We're chuffed to be coming back to Brighton.
Our brand new restaurant opens at 8 Duke Street on Monday 25 February. But if you can't wait till then, please join us between Thu-Sat 14-16 Feb as we pop-up at the awesome Holler Brewery Taproom. Come along and be among the first to try our Honest, Tribute and Plant burgers alongside our homemade rosemary salted chips. We'll be serving from our '99 Land Rover Defender Field Kitchen. 🍔🚛🇬🇧
It's also your first chance to try our bra...nd new collaboration brew, 'The Duke'. It's a highly gluggable oatmeal pale ale packed with British and American hops. We'll have a super limited edition CASK version available on tap for the first comers!

If you don't know about us, Honest Burgers started here in Brighton in 2010. We don’t for a second think you’ll remember us though. We were working as waiters at Riddle & Finns and made that classic mistake of thinking it’s easy to run a food business. After a few beers in The Bath Arms, we agreed to put in £3,000 each for a tent, a grill and a fryer and served our first burgers at Brighton Food Festival. Easy!
Turns out it was a lot harder than we thought. But we didn’t stop. We met some great people who helped us open a tiny restaurant in Brixton, and then a few more. Eight years later we’re back here opening a restaurant in Brighton. To say we’re chuffed is an understatement.

Crazy how Westcombe Dairy turned this old telephone box into a functioning beech smoker for their cheddar.
We’re also using that cheddar we’re using in our Poutine special ☎️🧀
