Hop (Horsforth)

We sold our property with Hop Horsforth, our point of contact was Jon.

This was the smoothest and most relaxing sale we have had, Jon was attentive and when he said he would do something he always did. We would have updates as they happened, we had the ability to text them which made it a lot better.
It felt like a friendship as opposed to us being customers.

Would DEFO use again if we ever sell!

Akhmad was very catering to all our needs when moving in, despite the house having some issues he did everything he could to resolve them as quickly and discreetly as possible. Really lovely guy too!

Jordan has been absolutely delightful. Whilst we had several issues with the property through the years, he has by far been the best property manager we have had.
He has dealt with each query and gives quick, efficient, and effective responses.
