The staff are responsive and efficient.
The engineer Pat who repair the blocked drainage in garden within 2 minutes which demonstrate his professionism.
While Shauna ,one of the property manager is responsive and her action is prompt when it comes to solving the problems.
While I appreciate the new system of report a repair which can show the contractor details (if any)directly and the interface is user friendly.
