Children learn through play and part of our programme is to engage in appropriate and effective play. Our care workers use various forms of techniques to encourage communication such as PECS and Makaton to engage with the children they support. We ensure that the child is at the centre of all service planning and that the support we provide is primarily for their benefit. We work in partnership with the child, their family, social services and other professionals involved in supporting the child. Our experience as a care provider means that we are well qualified to produce excellent outcome based person centred care ensuring independence, flexibility, dignity and choice. Care can be provided by the hour or by live in care workers and is available whether you receive funding from the government or are self-funded. Consultation with both the service user and their families is essential when decisions are being made about changes to their care and support. We have a wide range of clients from a variety of sources and communities. We pride ourselves on being able to work with service users to provide a flexible individual service that suits their needs, budgets and circumstances.
