I am a person centred counsellor based in the Northwich area and have a laid back, warm approach to therapy. I offer confidential, supportive counselling.

I am a Person Centred Counsellor based in the Northwich area and have a laid back, warm and welcoming approach to Therapy. Because I understand how daunting it can be to visit therapy for the first time, I am approachable, understanding and someone who works in a professional, caring but informal way with both adults and young people alike.

I offer confidential and supportive one to one counselling on a wide range of issues. I also have experience in working at the Outrite and Body Positive Charities, Weaver Vale Housing Trust and also with Students at Reaseheath College.

I have a Graduate Diploma in Counselling awarded by the Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) and I am also a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), which means I adhere to their ethical and professional framework.

I work from a calm safe environment at the Vale Royal Chiropractic Clinic, which is close to Northwich Town Centre and easily accessible.
