You must be flexible have the right attitude and a sense of competency with computers! Q) Do you accept pe...ople under 18? A) We will only accept applications from people over 18.
Q) I’m moving away to *place name* in *timeframe* can I apply? A) We are looking for permanent team members, we want people to join the team and stay and grow with us.
Q) Do I need work experience? A) Relevant experience is preferable and will give you an advantage, but is not required if you have the right attitude its half the battle.

Q) Can I play games in work? A) Nope
Q) Will there be overtime? A) Most weeks you’ll get the advertised amount of hours so make sure that these hours are right for you. But there will be opportunities for overnight work and covering people’s shifts very occasionally we are flexible and need you to be too.
Q) I can only work in the day time. A) These roles will be focused on late shifts, until midnight. Ensure these hours are good for you, and that you can get home after midnight. Our shifts run from 2pm-7pm and 7pm-12pm.
Q) What will I have to do? A) Prepare and cook basic food, make teas and coffees, serve customers, fix hardware/software, daily cleaning, lock up and close the shop, social media and marketing, events management, and most importantly bring your creativity to work with you.
Q) Will I need to be good with computers? A) You don’t need a degree but you will be required to fix PC problems on the go for customers, so computer competency is required and will be tested. Its nothing major but as long as you are comfortable with using computers and basic problem solving you should be fine!
Q) I don’t play games, can I apply? A) Yes, but this business revolves around games so if somebody else is as competent but enjoys gaming they’re more likely to get the job.
