Planning approval for a three unit replacement design in Redruth next to the Grade 2 Listed PLAIN-AN-GWARRY METHODIST CHAPEL. National Heritage and the Councillors liked spoke well of the design approach. Thanks to Planning Consultant Andrew from Golay Planning.

Courtyard next to the Old Post Office on the Moor for the Falmouth Town Council almost completed. The works looks like nothing but actually a lot of work has been done. The basement of the Old Post Office stopped filled with surface water. The unknown arrangement of pipes in the ground has been cleared and made functional again. A large down pipe releasing water from the rear roof of the building has been connected to the drain. Unused service structures in the ground removed. As I started my career as a technician in civil engineering this was back to the roots. A great thank you to Brodie and his team for all the fantastic work.
