Stayed Saturday 2sept this is a wonderful place so homely can't do enough for you rooms lovely very clean comfy beds lots space bathroom loverly and breakfast wow fantastic definitely be back can't wait x

Good located in middle of town. Kerstie ist very nice and helpful. Huge well tasting breakfast. But no shower in our en Suite bathroom.

Me and my mam stayed at the horncliffe from saturday til Monday. I was told on the phone that we could check in earlier if need be which was excellent as we had travelled straight from work on the saturday morning arriving in seahouses at 2pm so we were able to put our bags in our room rather than traipsing around with them The room had everything we needed and were clean. The bathroom was very spacious and also clean. Breakfast had a good choice of cereals yogurts and fruit juice & the full english was out of this world the sausages especially were very tasty . Kirsty was very friendly and informative. We hope to be back again in the future. Tracy & Christine

Great breakfasts.... suprise chocolate treats in the room when you return from your day's sightseeing.... very friendly amd informative landlady...Kirsten... excellent cleanliness in rooms.... Would definitely book again.

Service was incredible. We had food poisoning from the night before and asked if we could check in earlier. The cheaper room that we booked was not ready but the lovely lady assisted us by upgrading us for the night into the self contained unit, with a lounge that we could relax on. A bath to soak ourselves in, and a laundry to clean our clothes. This place is in a perfect location, big rooms, great service. What goes around comes around and I put this post up in hope that you support this lady and her business and she deserves it. Thank you.

As always we receive a warm and fully friendly welcome at this B&B. The owners are lovely and so welcoming, nothing is too much to ask. The rooms are clean, warm and comfortable. The B&B is situated in a perfect location with its own off street private parking. Have stayed before, will stay again.

I took my heavily pregnant daughter here for a couple of days away. I asked Kirsty the owner if we could check in earlier if we needed to which she had no problem with. On arrival she had a spare double room which she offered to my daughter at no extra cost so that she could be comfortable. This was greatly appreciated. Rooms were lovely with great tea/coffee options. Breakfast was the vest I've ever had at any B & B. In the morning my car battery was flat. She had someone there for me in less than 5 min's. Highly recommended for a genuinely warm and friendly stay.
