Wow! What a lovely holiday me and my family have just had in your heron cottage. Everything was lovely. The pub was really nice, and some really nice views aswell. We really didn't want to leave � wish we could have stayed longer.

We've had many boating holidays on the Norfolk Broads, the last three have been with Ferry Marina. Having had White Emblem, Silver Emblem and Garnet Emblem we wouldn't use any other boat hire company now. Not only are their boats superb, well maintained and immaculately presented on arrival but the staff at Ferry Marina are second to none. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, as too are the Engineers who demonstrate and hand over your boat on arrival. We're looking forward to spending a week on Emerald Emblem in July.

We really enjoyed both of the holidays we have had with Ferry marina. You know what you are paying there are no hide costs. The boats are well looked after and we'll fitted out and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend them for holiday.

We just keep coming Back! Every boat we have had has been superb. This time it was Jade Emblem, the first forward steer I have hired, lovely boat and great to handle. I must mention 'Team Ferry' the guys n girls that make sure your holiday is great.

We have recently had a week on Tanzanite Emblem. As soon as you report to reception Ferry Marina are there for you 24hrs a day until the end of your holiday. The reception process was friendly, efficient, quick with no surprise extras as the holiday is as stated, all inclusive. The hand over induction carried out by their engineer Ian was very thorough and very professionally delivered. The boat - Tanzanite Emblem is four berth cruiser with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite toilet and shower. The boat has a very spacious raised centre cockpit housed under an electric sliding canopy. The galley has a full size cooker, fridge and microwave. All furnishings are extremely comfortable and the boat has ample cupboard and drawer space. The helm position gives good all round vision with full instrumentation. There is the added benefit of bow and stern thrusters and a mechanically operated winch for the mudweight. Heating is diesel hot air blowers which are more than adequate. There is even a safe on board. We could not fault this boat and thank all the crew at Ferry Marina for the excellent job they do. A more detailed review can be found on trip advisor.

We all loved our time aboard the Crystal Emblem for our summer holiday in August.

Kids had a great time and lots of fab memories were made!

I appreciate Crystal isn't the newest of boats, but she did the fleet proud by getting us around the Northern Broads without any problems.

The staff at Ferry Marina were all lovely, informative and helpful.

Wouldn't look anywhere else for hiring for our next Broads holiday!

This year was our 4th consecutive time we have hired from Ferry Marina and next year will be our 5th. Great service and great boats. I particularly like Solitaire Emblem which we had this year (October half term) so much so I've booked it again for next year. The boat yard scores points with me for the all inclusive hire cost where you don't have to worry about fuel deposits.

This is the 2nd time me and my partner we hired boat there for a week the silver emblem. Staffs always nice friendly and always here to help. The silver emblem was magnificent. Just didn't want to go home at all. We taking another boat next year with Horning Ferry Marina xx. We had had the best weather too

My wife and I booked a last minute short break on Silver Emblem in September. The staff were just fantastic and got us away an hour early even though it was a busy change over day. The boat was really clean and modern. We had such a great time we have already booked Silent Emblem for next year. We won't look anywhere else but Ferry Marina in the future. Great company, modern boats great staff. What more can you ask for?����

Having never been on a boating holiday I booked this holiday to find out what it was all about . The customer service at ferry marina is to the upmost standard, helping out and providing support to the most novice of boating family and we even took our dogs . Staff are very professional and will provide that above and beyond care we novices need . The front end staff are very helpful , friendly and very supportive . I want to call out one person Ian , our boat guide / specialist - amazing - thank you so much for just been around when you need a friendly face A great company for a wonderful boating holiday

Have been on the Norfolk Broads for 22 times over 35 years and this boatyard is the best by far only closely followed by Norfolk broads direct this is how customer service should be. Even better than when I used them 25 years ago on Ferry Muskateer.

Had an excellent few days on the Broads and the weather was brilliant as well. The boat was well equipped with a kitchen and comfy beds. We were greeted by a lovely lady on reception who explained everything to us. Once aboard we were taken through safety procedures and river rules etc, The chap was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Nothing was too much trouble and would highly recommend. There was 3 of us on the boat and if we were doing it again we would have gone for 2 permanent bedrooms but it was ok for the weekend. Really enjoyed it and will be returning to Horning Ferry Marina, Thanks.

From start of your holiday the staff at ferry marina are so helpfully. The experience on the broads is not to be missed. My family have been having holidays on the broads for over 24 years and there's no better company to book with. We've always been on the boats but as my daughter has now become disabled. We are looking to try one of the houses next year. I would recommend anyone to try a holiday here.

Fabulous time had with Ferry Marina. Spent a week on Zircon Emblem and wow what a fantastic boat. A doddle to manouvre and nice and quiet. Couldn't have asked for better weather. Staff all fantastic and friendly. Many thanks to all. Also recommend the carvery at the Ferry Inn and the Secret Gardens at How Hill.

Belting place , boats ,and staff. And best of all , when you set off , you know what it costs. No hidden charges.

just got back from ferry today right enjoyed it staff could not do enough for you very friendly and polite only thing was it was advertised with a swimming pool and restaurant but was not there anymore so abit disappointed but all in all we had a fab time would recommend this ferry marina to anyone boat was lovely as it showed on pictures would return again

Where do I start? First the good part, the weather was fantastic the rivers where beautiful, food and pubs where great. Now for the down side the boat was too small for five people yet it was a 7 berth boat, no room in the galley too cook, hence eating out every day which became expensive. A number of roof lights had been changed from flush fitting to sticking out about 2" therefore kept hitting my head, no room in the toilets. Beds are covered in plastic therefore the bottom sheet kept sliding around so most nights slept on plastic. Dining room was again for seven but could only seat six people at a squeeze could of done with a stool. The last day before taking the boat back it rain most of the night and the Friday resulting in a lot of condinsation resulting in sheets getting wet.

Staff where very friendly and helpful. Would I go back....NO
