How long have you worked at Hornington and what did you do before? "IŌĆÖve been here for 4 and a half years and before I was an account manager for Rainbow Designs which sold quintessential British toys"
... WhatŌĆÖs your favourite thing about working at Hornington? "The variety really and meeting the lovely people that walk over the threshold. I have met some lovely characters in viewings and remember them even if they donŌĆÖt book"
Tell us something interesting about yourself. "I once made an outfit for someone going to meet the Queen. An official letter came and it outlined a long list of rules and regulations such as not allowed to be a certain blue, or certain style. It was a very difficult process!"
WhatŌĆÖs the one thing you couldnŌĆÖt live without? "My sense of humour I think- You just need to think that lifeŌĆÖs not too big for you. DonŌĆÖt obsess about problems, just let it go over your head."

What an amazing place for my daughterŌĆÖs wedding. The staff could not have been more helpful,fun and helpful.

What a fantastic hidden away place. Perfect wedding venue.

We had our wedding evening party in the newly renovated barn. Absolutely stunning setting.

The team at Hornington have done an amazing job and made this perfect for our special day.

Now licensed to hold wedding ceremonies this would be an ideal location for the full wedding day celebration. With accommodation for the wedding party and a variety of locations to hold the reception.

The barn would hold around 150 guests easily.

I can't praise the venue enough, would highly recommend it.

We had our daughters wedding there on the 30th June. I must say what a fantastic venue for a wedding. It was such a relaxing weekend and a beautiful wedding. The staff jo and Simon and jo's mum couldn't do enough for everyone and everything went so smoothly. They just left us to it for the full weekend but was on hand if we needed them. My daughter enjoyed it all so much she wanted to do it all again. I would recommend this place to anyone with no worries that they wouldn't love it. Thank you all at hornington manor for making our weekend so special and given us beautiful memories xxxx

Was the perfect background to an amazing day. Being able to bring family from around the world and friends to a truely English setting and enjoy for 3 days was incredible.



If the house doesn't blow you away then the barn will. Topped off by the incredible Jo, onsite managing all our questions and requests to make things less stressful.



On the big day we could not praise Simon enough with his super powers of photography, bar management and making sure everything ran perfectly smoothly. Nothing was to difficult. turning a 5 star venue into 6.



Just an incredible location, an incredible venue, and two incrdible people making sure that truley incredible memories were made.

Stayed here for a long weekend for a friends wedding mid June.... Where do I begin! The venue is picturesque, the building is beautiful and the furnishings and fittings are outstanding. You can see the quality everywhere you look. Such an amazing wedding and couldn't have been a more perfect place for it

Played here for a Friends Wedding today and saw how professional and well set up the this venue is. The owners/ staff were exceptionally friendly and it's setting is beautiful.

I stayed last week at Hornington Manor; it was first class all way for my best friend daughterŌĆÖs hen party. I give you ten out ten for this place, so good and the kitchen was outstanding. My son and his beautiful new wife were married at Hornington Manor in August. We had an amazing time, everyone was blown away by the venue- Hornington Manor was the perfect place for the bride and groom who wanted to spend time with family and friends and what an amazing time we had.

The house feels so welcoming, everyone felt at home and relaxed from the start.

I cannot speak highly enough of Joanne and Simon, from our first meeting we knew we were in safe hands. Thank you so much.

Everyone had such a lovely time and fell completely in love with Hornington, no one wanted to leave.

My family and I have just returned from Hornington Manor after a truly wonderful weekend celebrating the Wedding of Tom and Zoë.



The fantastic Manor house has beautiful rooms and views of open, unspoilt countryside. The staff were great, really happy and attentive in their work. The rest of the facilities were just as good! Thanks for having us!

I was recently a bridesmaid for my best friends wedding at Hornington Manor, I couldn't speak highly enough of all the staff, Jo and Simon specifically. The Venue is stunning and so relaxed they just let us take over the space and make it our own for the weekend. If you are looking for an exclusive high-end barn type wedding venue with a relaxed atmosphere you don't need to look any further.

Huge thank you to Jo, Simon and all the team for all their help over our wedding weekend a few weeks ago. Everything was amazing, all our guests loved the house and the reception barn. We can't thank you all enough, would definitely recommend the venue if you want freedom to choose your own food & style, and enjoy a relaxed weekend rather than a hectic rush on the morning :) xx

HM was the perfect venue for our Wedding on Wednesday. We loved the fact our guests had 3 areas to relax in for the day- lawn, courtyard and barn. All the staff are very attentive to ensure your day runs smoothly. The accommodation is beautiful and it's lovely to be able to stay at your dream venue for more than a night, making the most of your wedding.

Great wedding this weekend. Great accomodation. Need to fix the hose on the roll top bath though. I cut my finger on it :( Would recommend to others

As a Wedding Photographer, I work at so many venues, but Hornington Manor is so much more than that. Whilst stepping in for a poorly Photographer last minute, I arrived here for the amazing staff to show me around despite them being busy setting up for the Wedding. Throughout the day, they couldn't have been more helpful, making sure that the couple had everything they needed but also helping me, which made the couples day stress free and completely seamless. Not only is this a gorgeous setting, but the attention to detail and genuine staff make it one of the best wedding venues. Thanks for looking after me, hope to be back soon!
