Instructors Challenge and Family Fun Afternoon! Raising money for Redwings Horse Sanctuary! Sunday 24th March 2:30-5pm
Watch the Instructors go head to head in a balance competition! Place a vote on the instructor you think will be able to keep the most champagne 🥂 in their glass whilst riding one handed around the arena. Be in with a chance of winning a prize! Raffle tickets sold in office.
... Then bring your competitive edge with gymkhana races for all abilities and dog obstacle course to win rosettes! Schedules are in the office from Saturday 9th February.

The riding school is open as normal today. The surrounding roads are driving ok. Hope to see you for your lessons.

Snow day

Motivational Monday......competition was fierce over the weekend in the teams obstacle course!!! There was a lot of fun and games! Teams were made up with a horse rider and mini pony rider that went against the clock twisting and turning through the course!!! The results are in!!! Lizzie and Grace at 10:30am Saturday are the WINNERS with 1min 11secs! Well done!

The horseshoes helped me get back into riding after a 15 year break. Fantastic riding School, excellent instructors and horses. Loving riding again and can’t thank them enough.

The girls love riding here. Ellie has just had “The best day of here life” today, even in the rain and storm!!! Everyone is so lovely and accommodating and the horses are so well looked after. Would recommend to anyone looking for a riding school for kids or adults. Well done guys �� x

Just wanted to say a big, BIG thank you to everyone at the school.

My Dad, as you know, used to be a pupil. As a guy in his 70s, he was a late rider. Nearly every Wednesday he came for about 2 or 3 years. He loved it, and he continued to ride with on Oscar, with Kelly instructing, right up till the day before his unexpected death in March. Since his death, I have taken over and have enjoyed my Wednesdays with Kelly and Oscar. Today, I went for my first hack. I LOVED it!

All of you have been so good since my Dads sudden passing, and have continued being brilliant since. I can't fault you guys at all (and believe me, I'm the type to complain!)

You have made the grief process so much easier, and have given me a new hobby that I plan to do until the day I join my Dad.

Thank you so, SO much. x

I've went there for 4 and a half years and loved every bit of it stop for a bit and now I wish I didn't because horse riding is apart of my life

I started learning how to ride a year ago at Horseshoes, as an adult learning anything new is challenging in so many ways but I absolutely love every minute in the saddle and the instructors are brilliant - patient, kind and so positive about everything horsey, it's infectious! Thank you for getting me through the canter fear Sophie, Louisa & Lisa, you are amazing at your job and so are you Olly!
