We spent yesterday at Oulton Park carrying out initial testing on all the suspension changes we've made to our 350Z.
Weather was against us (again) but the car handled really well. Can't wait for a dry track to push our testing further.

We've been setting up our Time Attack 350Z suspension recently. We've changed the spring rates quite considerably and have had the dampers re-valved to suit.
This video gives a great overview of how the dampers in coilovers work.

This is pretty clever

As part of getting our 350Z ready for Time Attack next year, we're modelling and optimising the suspension setup. With help from David from DTM Power (who has a huge amount of experience in this field) we're going to address a lot of the short comings of the standard suspension setup.
Some of the things we're going to change to make the car more track orientated: Spring and damper rates - based on calculated wheel frequencies - current setup is much too soft. We're going to h...ave our BC Racing dampers re-valved to suit Front and rear anti-squat and anti-dive geometry Front roll centre adjustment

Terrys 350Z in for a supercharger kit and oil cooler. It made a safe 416bhp at 0.5bar.

We hosted a very sunny dyno day with the RX8 crowd. With some interesting results

We'll be back next year with hopefully better weather!

Nathan got his first runs in his amazing twin turbo V8 mini last weekend.
Very soft launch at 1100rpm and shifting at 4500rpm. Running 10psi boost and doing 6.4 in the 1/8th, lifting and rolling through to a 10.9 @ 107 at 1/4 mile

Well today was a bit disappointing. We made it to Rockingham for Time Attack (just - tow car went into limp mode about 10 miles before we arrived).
Battled with a very steamy windscreen for a while but Phil managed to redirect the air blowers to resolve that.
Got on track and took it very steady. Car was all over the place - there was just so much rain water. Zero grip and aquaplaning. Decided not to risk everything and cut the day short. A real shame the weather turned out... as it did.
So a bit of a let down. Nevermind, we’ll be having another go next year and we’ll be better prepared.

Phil has just smashed his PB and now has Europes fastest FWD Ford

Huge congratulations to Phil for winning the 2018 FWD Drag Series championship. Few people recognise the immense amount of work it takes to get a 1980's Fiesta to do a 9.4 second 1/4 mile. All the hard work has paid off. We'll have to wait and see what what is in store for next year...

George’s car at Gurston today. All going well until gearbox failed on the last run. Managed 4th overall - we reckon it’d manage an FTD if it’ll all hold together.

Visited them on 6th September to fix an over heating issue, they are flawless, slick and genuinely a great bunch of people. I've no doubt where my business will be going if I need anything for my 350z Roadster. Brilliant value for money, too. I can thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Took my 350z to get the uprev remap. Very pleased with the service. The pop and bangs mode is such a giggle. I'm 50 and it turns you into a 8 year old can't recommend it enough

These boys really do know their way around an sr , great customer service . I've had my cams fitted , vvt delete , all my mapping has been done by jezz and various other bits and pieces . Defiantly will be going back for future maintenance and modifications

My s body 14a sr20det went in for some issues and a nistune.

Went in with 275bhp dyno from last June.. with some more parts car came out with 367.1bhp

I went to see these guys to get my 300zx remapped



Pulled it in for a 'quick boost leak check' where they ended up spending many hours fixing some major boost leaks



Thankfully we managed to get the car on to the dyno by the end of the day, they were very thorough checking the car over the car inbetween each run



WOW the difference in the car on the way home was AMAZING! Very resopnsive, running smoothly and boosting well!!



Needless to say I will be heading back there when my engine is forged and a few more extras have been brought for these guys to work their magic again

Great workmanship and great advice though the neighbours get a little upset if I let her idle for a while but cannot hear what they are saying over the exhaust music. Highly recommended! Took my 350z for a tune and added pop and bang option, great result with the tune and the pops and bangs puts a huge grin on my face every time!

Had my VW caddy van remapped by these guys, not their normal high performance tuning, but nevertheless it was carried out perfectly and the difference is amazing, the power increase is very noticeable and mpg is much better. Friendly bunch of guys and highly recommended.
