Stayed a Hoburn Doublebois. Wonderful accommodation in a lovely small park. Booking was easy and we had no problems. Would book again

Always used hoseasons and have spent thousands of pounds through them. We booked a short break and had a call 3 days before leaving saying our accommodation wasn't able to be used due to a maintenance problem.. They said they'd help find something else for us which took them 6 hours to come up with 4. We ended up booking ourselves somewhere else and whilst there discovered that the caravan was in use from our start date!! The company didn't care and I was dismissed from every email. Will never use hoseasons again, the customer care doesn't exist anymore

Our plastic holiday lodge is covered with mould on the walls, curtains and carpet. The shower is rusty. The hot tub is as big as a kids paddling pool. Never use HOSEASONS for any holiday accommodation. One star is too much.

This is the worst company ever make a claim against customers for not being able to go holiday.
I book my holiday to go camping in south wale I got arrested and have to stay away from my current address. Because bailing conditions They send me a letter and I did not even receive. now they make the money claim courts online against me. Even so if I paid in full I still can't go and if I go I would be braking my bail agreement. Stupid.

I really want to take my kids to this holiday park in south wale look really good for family camping.

If what your looking for is to go somewhere where next to no one can find you, this is the place for you. It's out in the middle of nowhere which is exactly what my partner and I were looking for. The cabin its self was really spacious, the wet room was really good and the bath tub was brilliant. I however spent most of my days in the hot tub or sauna. If that's not for you then there a few local POI you can go to. I recommend the brewery as one. That was a good day out.
As a summery, from the on-site restaurant to the cabin. everything was absolutely perfect!

John and I had a much deserved and lovely break. The accommodation was superb, everything we wanted and more. We spent most of our time sightseeing, countryside idyllic. We will come again

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Burnbake Estate in Dorset. The lodge was fabulous-fitted out to such a luxurious high spec and everything you could possibly need there. The Hot tub was immaculately clean, really warm and so relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back again!!! Great location and surrounded with beautiful walks and places to visit. Cord Castle just down the road. Thank you very much.
