Tom Russell has over 18 years experience in professional kitchens, front of house and cellar management.
Tom spent the first 12 years of his career training as a Chef with one of the top hotel groups in the world. He moved on to successfully manage his own brigade of Chef's in several establishments as well as re-launching a Restaurant and managing a Pub-Restaurant.
In addition to running Hospitality Advantage, Tom also manages several bars and cellars for an independent 4* Hotel, Golf club and Spa with a 2 AA Rosette-accredited Restaurant attached.
