Went to restaurant and ordered a takeaway order. The food was still lovely and hot when I got home. The service was exceptionally easy friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and mouth-wateringly good. Included in our order were burgers, hotdogs kids meal, fries and mozzarella sticks. Everything was seriously good and great value. Will go again without a doubt. Next time will go and eat in. Great atmosphere and music is amazing. As a big fan of anything 1950's it's heaven to me. Big thumbs up to hot rod diner. Recommend this place for sure!!!�

Went for my step daughters 10th birthday. Have never been before & we all loved it! Everything was great. Happy, friendly staff who brought out a birthday cake & sang to her, fabulous food & a lovely atmosphere. We couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were! 6 of us ate mains & desserts with a drink for £83! We are definitely visiting again!

We went to the Elvis night (Lee Jackson) as a family of six. We ordered as soon as we got there and the food came out quickly and hot. Quality of food was great and just the right amount. The whole night was very good and the staff were brilliant.

The only disappointing thing was no floor space to dance. We re-booked to come back for the country night that same night. 😊

If you guys could think about changing the parking area into a barn with hay bails or temporary sides then you could have one hell of a barn dance or full on Rock&Roll night! 👍

Popped here for lunch on Saturday, 6 of us in total including one in a high chair. Food was brilliant throughout, tasty, well presented and generous portions. Friendly, attentive service without being intrusive and were really helpful in sorting things for the littlest. Quality tunes on the jukebox. Could have stayed and chilled all day! Thanks guys and girls.

Me My husband and our 8 year old boy, was at the hot rod diner last night for the Elvis and buddy holly night, which our son is a massive fan of..we really enjoyed it, it was like home from home as we also have our dining room as an American diner. The food was lovely and it is so reasonably priced and not at all stingy on their portion sizes. The staff were quite young but they were ever so friendly and helpful This is a perfect venue for a family get together or for a birthday. I highly recommend and we shall be returning again..

Just had lunch with my son at the Hot Rod Diner; the food was great, the milkshakes were fantastic and the waitress who served us couldn't have been more helpful! I would thoroughly recommend it and will be back again soon.

I went for breakfast and had the French toast with blueberries and a vanilla milkshake. The French toast was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the blueberries and maple syrup complimented it very well. It all made for a tasty and indulgent breakfast!

The vanilla milkshake was literally one of the finest I have ever tasted, and believe me I have sampled vanilla milkshakes from all over the world! It blew the pants off inferior milkshakes at Creams. I will be back again soon to sample one of your burgers Hot Rod Diner!

Have been meaning to pop into this hot rod Diner for ages. After joining the UK Cruisers Club for American Chrysler PT Cruisers, I decided to drive my PT Cruiser to the hot rod Diner as you can park outside, which is great. Thoroughly enjoyed this dining experience, never had a Pancake stack with bacon and Maple Syrup before, it was delicious and crazy at the same time. Will be eating there again.

Found this diner after Googling cafes close to Cyclopark. Online reviews were good so decided to check it out - wasn’t disappointed! Nice, friendly staff, great decor and atmosphere, a massive menu (including kids meals), pretty reasonable prices and free parking too. Clean loos also worth a mention. Looking forward to taking the family back soon.

Delicious food (OMG the Jack Daniels burgers �) portion sizes are great and the staff are really friendly, a great atmosphere and family friendly, my 2 year old loved looking at all the signs and decor

Ate here this evening for my 13 year old son's birthday. Nothing was too much trouble, the place was spotless (including the toilets), the food was really lovely and the staff were warm and friendly. The kids really enjoyed it and I think for the quality of food and the portion sizes, the prices were very reasonable.

We booked for 6.30pm but got there at 6.10pm and even that wasn't a problem for them. We will be back!

A rare 'Date night' for my wife and I and our first visit to Hot Rod. Food is outstanding and the choice is huge, we are good eaters and the portions are challenging. The atmosphere is great, staff are brilliant and quite possibly the best Chocolate milkshake I've had. Definitely be back.

Great place to take the kids! Lovely food and Adele, our server was very nice and friendly! Wasn’t a fan of the brisket but I’m fussy when it comes to brisket. Will definitely be visiting again for a burger!....or maybe in Wednesday for a challenge 😁

Been few times before and enjoyed went for my birthday lunch monday and was bit dissapointed food was quite dry and tasteless best things the shakes

The times we have been before have been great but today we felt was poor service. We booked for 3.30 not knowing at this point closing time was 5 with last orders at 4. Once we had eaten we were going to order desserts which was when we was told at 4.30 desserts were not able to be ordered. At not one point either at time of booking or when we arrived were we advised of last orders or closing times. If we had of been at point of booking we would have chose an earlier time! We only knew the closing time when we looked on the door on the way out. There was some ordered food missing which we had to wait to be cooked when we noticed. There was no foot long hot dog rolls to which we were offered no alternative. They started cleaning and sweeping the floor around the place while we was still finishing and cashing up the till which made us feel like they were pushing us out. All in all a really bad experience for a birthday meal!
