Hot Tub Barn Chelmsford

Awful slow service. If you resale the hot tub the warranty is void! Also they dont offer a warranty service to new owners. So it will be really difficult to sell. If the new owner needs replacement parts. They have to pay for it. Also I found out they buy their hot tubs for around 3grand. Then sale you it for £13k+ Or more. My advice by a second hand one with warranty included. So you dont loose money on depreciation. Hot tubs are like cars as soon as it leaves the warehouse it loses £1000s off the price on the private market.

Excellent service from start to finish.Ruth has been so supportive and the aftercare has been very thorough.Nothing is too much trouble and we love our new swim spa!Thanks to all the team and would highly recommend.

I had been thinking of a hot tub for quite a while, and on the off chance I popped in to Hot Tub Barn. I met a lady called Ruth Quartermain who was an absolute fountain of knowledge. Fast forward a few months later and (quite a bit of Google'ing) and I decided to go with Hot Tub Barn. Service was absolutely first class, the product I chose is excellent (I went for the Heritage Stratum as I'm quite tall and it's a deep hot tub), the installation was a breeze, and Ruth has been very accommodating of me ringing and asking advice when getting the water balance just right. If anyone asks me where should they buy their hot tub from - there is only one place in my eyes, and that is Hot Tub Barn in Chelmsford.
