just returned from a stay at CELEBRITY HOTEL,it was great,such good value,the buffet breakfast had so much choice,well cooked too,staff so helpful too,nothing too much bother.our room[will smith room]was good,beds comfy and new bathroom,yes a very friendly,clean good value hotel,dog friendly too,and two minute walk from the front,

We weren’t expecting much for £35 a night but what a lovely surprise we got ! Smiley welcome, staff were friendly, really massive bed, clean room, clean bathroom (both of a good standard and not shabby) and breakfast/parking included. Would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay there again. And for the record... it doesn’t smell like an old people’s home... maybe the people who wrote that review smelt like old people themselves...

Stayed in the Will Smith room last night. Lovely clean room, newly refurbished. Comfy beds. All staff very friendly and efficient. Good breakfast. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Bournemouth. Walking distance to town/BIC/Pavilion. Free parking & WiFi. Thank you for a lovely night !

Was very pleasantly surprised.

Just stayed at this wonderful hotel , we took our dog who was made most welcome, the room was clean ,bed comfortable, and the breakfast was out of this world and very filling , we were bought our breakfast to our room , so we didn't have to leave our dog , the staff were so friendly,couldn't do enough for us , we would definitely go back

I stayed with my daughter on 16th April, this was our 3rd time we stayed here as we regularly go to gigs at BIC. We had room 243 which has just been refurbished, it was amazing such a spacious and great room, would recommend! Breakfast great lots of choice of hot and cold food.

Had an awesome stay here with my family, Ken Dodd room was modern, spacious & very clean. Breakfast as a veggie family was well catered for and the bar area is trendy. Loads of memoribler with fasanating stories all around the hotel. Restaurant food is great & again good vegetarian choices. Staff are friendly & helpful throughout plus free parking makes walking into town centre an easy option. Highly recommend to all. Great value for money. 5*****

Had a fab evening, truly and please believe it when I say, surpassed my expectations they truly did, new I’d have a good time but so surprised to find great service, food served on heated plates, you don’t get this anymore and the biggest smiles from the staff ever, well done I will come again and recommend

Apart from TV not working in room it was great although The breakfast was amazing staff friendly next time hope to get the Jude Law room

4th time we've stayed and our accommodation was an annexe it was a beautiful room not celebrity themed though, spotlessly clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable and with a huge bath I was sold. Slight problem with the heating but it was quickly resolved with a spare heater. Staff are very polite and friendly, love the relaxed atmosphere. Get what you pay for, we will be back!

Yes very nice hotel with friendly staff, my only hiccup on this stay was a terrible 1st night when our neighbours had a domestic and was woken up twice by that night with the sound of screaming, shouting, crying, foul language and also someone being slapped. I did to phone down to reception and complain after putting up with this for over an hour????? Yes it did stop finally but we was that her up it took ours to go back to sleep... I explained this in the morning and the manager did apologise, but was surprised as really should of been offered that 1st night free or something not even a free meal????? Even though there not personally responsible the hotel is responsible for all there guests....

We have just come back from Hotel Celebrity after a couple of nights stay and stayed in the Madonna room. It was very comfortable and very clean. The only downside was it was above the bar and when people went for a cigarette it was a little noisy and smokey. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We also have a small dog who was made to feel welcome too. Breakfast was lovely nice and hot. We also ate in the bar which was really nice too. Would recommend this hotel. But book direct with the hotel as you get a 20%discount on drinks. Will definitely go back but maybe have an upgraded room next time.

Very friendly staff great service, stayed in the Patrick Swayze room spotlessly clean but needs redecorating but for the price was well worth the money . We Will be back

Just returned...had a lovely 2 night break thanku. Room was lovely..Johnny Cash room...bathroom and shower to die for! Breakfast was lovely..so much choice. Will definitely return as a great base to sleep at to spend lots of time at the beach.

For the price was very good. nice evening meal in restaurant not very expensive. My room does need updating and blinds could do with a clean. carpet up the stairs is worn

But saying all that the room was very clean

Quirky hotel at great value.. very friendly and accomendating staff. Stayed in the Matt Damon & Ben Affleck room . Dated furniture in need of an uplift. Spacious room lots of storage and a big comfortably bed. Very think walls you can hear everything but you cant blame the hotel for noisy guests .

I stayed at hotel celebrity for 2 nights, my bedroom was Morgan Freeman sadly the bathroom smelled and the room was very cold, and very dated and tired looking and also noisy due to being next to the staircase. the staff were very nice .and the food was very nice no complaints there ,with this hotel you get what you pay for. I would go back but ask for a nicer room
