We were given an evening here as a wedding gift. The rooms are fantastic as was the food and all of the staff. Will definitely recommend to friends.

We spent two amazing nights at this hotel and had the best time. The hotel itself, the rooms, the bar, the restaurant and the staff were all fantastic!



Nothing was too much trouble even when I mentioned that I was planning on proposing to my now fiancé. They helped make it even more special.



We will certainly be visiting again for many years to come!

We had a great time - offered a complimentary glass of prosecco each on arrival as it was our Anniversary which was a lovely touch. Great food and atmosphere, staff were friendly and helpful. A slight mix up with a drink my husband ordered which was rectified and we weren't charged for the replacement either. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - thank you for a great day.

First visit today and it was Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, staff are warm and welcoming and the surroundings and decor are very unique, will be returning again and would thoroughly recommend!

First time here and definitely will not be the last! I loved it. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this hotel is by far one of the best I have ever stayed in. I knew that when I saw the Bentley parked outside I had made a good choice!

Reception was clean, welcoming and the staff were lovely. I loved the fact the receptionist took me to my room and told me a little bit about the hotel, she didn't just 'point me in the right direction'. I ordered room service and they catered for my dietary requirements without hesitation and it was so quick! The room itself was beautiful, in fact the whole place was just lovely!

I will definitely be returning and will recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome afternoon & evening at #hotelduvincheltenham. Lovely hotel room and amazing meal in the bistro. The staff were so helpful, Noel and a lovely young Slovakian lady, whose name I didn't get were amazing and really looked after us, thank you so much. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend ☺

I have used their private dining facilities and the service was excellent and food was great. They also catered for gluten free. However, recently I have been trying to contact them by email and after 4 emails in the last month I still have no response which I find rude and which is why the review score has dropped from a 5 to 3.

Food was ok.

Farmers platter was all but exhausted. We had to ask staff to top it up, and wait for bread to be baked.

3 of 4 deserts turned up promptly, but the 4th took over 10 minutes after the others.

Service was very good. salmon on Rye open sandwich had cheap margarine and no cream cheese only it. Croque madame ok. Cream tea scones were a joke, rock hard and dough in the middle!!! Maybe it was chefs day off?

My family had afternoon tea yesterday to celebrate my daughters birthday.....over the previous weeks I had phoned several times to request a birthday cake ,which I was assured was no problem....they were to e mail me the cost but that never materialised......on another call last week I was assured a cake would be provided....after the initial tea was produced I took the waiter aside to ask about the cake.....he was very apologetic but he knew nothing about it...surprise surprise....on another note I thought the food was sub standard and stale.....I did get 20% off the bill......but my younger daughter will never be 30 again!
