Walked in looking for a washing machine with no real idea what I wanted.... within 30 minutes I had chosen, paid and machine was in the van! Thank you to the lovely lady who served us - she knew better than me what I needed and still in my price range! If I had gone to curry’s, I think I would still be there trying to choose!

The gentleman was extremely helpful in helping me choose a tumble dryer, taking the time to talk me through all the specifications as well as answering questions and giving suggestions on other Hotpoint products I already own. Very satisfied, I won't be buying my white goods anywhere else from now on.

Thank you to the kind gentleman who helped us with our new washing machine purchase today. He was very polite, helpful and showed us all the available options to what we wanted. He even kept my daughter entertained whilst we looked around. I’ll recommend the hotpoint shop to all my friends and family.

Thank you so much for my amazing prize - I can't wait to start using it. Our birthday season starts in earnest now, so it's going to be very useful. Particular thanks to your super member of staff - he was extremely friendly, and helpful with other items too; nothing was too much trouble even though we only made a small purchase and had a query on an existing product - which he resolved very easily.

My boyfriend and I are moving and we needed a washing machine and a fridge freezer. We went to have a look and ended up getting exactly what we wanted. The staff are really helpful and friendly and you get excellent prices here!

Most helpful staff, the other half was in desperate need of a replacement tumble dryer as the weather was awful and our last 20 year old one had just given up. How pleased I was to see one virtually identical still being manufactured by hotpoint. No retailers could deliver for nearly a week and non locally to collect from a retailer. There was one in stock in the factory outlet and it was also a lot cheaper. Great service nothing too much trouble for staff, even helped me load in the car. Most recommended. Thank you so much.

I had a great time at the outlet , I purchased 4 items and was actually happy at the price and really amazing service. The salesman was knowledgeable and did not try and up sell me.

I am delighted with my 2nd purchase from the Hotpoint Factory Outlet Peterborough. Other than the great discounts, once again the team makes the whole experience awesome: quick advice and response time when reserving online, and I went to collect in person (they also deliver) but the staff is so friendly and efficient, and they loaded the car in no time... My dryer is perfect, can't see any scratches. Don't know why I would ever shop elsewhere!?

In fact, all staff in the shop were welcoming and friendly. We always buy hotpoint and are never disappointed with our purchases. We shall certainly be returning

Wish more of the products had been unwrapped so that customers could have a closer look but understand that it's better to keep them in their original packing for protection of course.

Excellent choice of items at very good prices. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I have decided to collect the item myself but there is a delivery service available. They also have taken back the old broken dishwasher which is helpful as otherwise I would have had to do a separate trip to the household waste. I have not yet connected the new dishwasher so I should have probably waited to post a review but I am sure that it will be fine and if not I can always take it back and have it replaced. I have bought from the Hotpoint Factory Outlet before and I have never had an issue.

Bought a built in double oven this after noon wired it in and nothing works except the light. - Lovely new oven now in place and looks beautiful - Thanks to Mark and his team for sorting so quickly - much appreciated especially so we can now eat hot food again -

I love my tumble dryer from here and the tiny scratch on it doesn't affect it's drying abilities so I'm happy someone thought it was such a big deal that they returned it so I could buy it at a really good price! Thanks very much!

Came to the Retail Outlet today to purchase a 9kg washing machine. Staff were extremely helpful whilst we were selecting.

However, since getting it home and plumbed it we have discovered it has an electrical fault so is not working.

Have called the Retail Outlet but got no answer so rang helpline. Got an engineer coming at some point Tuesday (between 7am &8pm!) However if we need a replacement I was told we need to transport the broken, water laden machine back to Peterborough.... Im fuming. Just had to spend another £10 doing laundry even though I spent £235 earlier on a washing machine! Do I also hire a van at my own expense??
