Went in looking for a fridge freezer and left over the moon. Good selection of appliances when I visited and the guys in store were so helpful. It may have a "fault" but with my fridge I could barely see it. The whole process was painless and made easier because of them both. Will be visiting again for all other electrical items, well worth a visit. Cheers lads

We visited the factory graded shop to purchase a washing machine - which we did with no problem at all. Staff were very helpful! Was amazed at the different products available in the shop and will definitely be back there again!

We purchased a new fridge today. Aaron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience and Kieran was helpful too. Would recommend them as a good place to go for electrical appliances.

Really impressed with the team and the prices! Extremely competitive and I really don't think they can be matched (even on line). I've just bought a dishwasher which came with 2 year labour and 10 years parts guarantee. The team even threw in a years worth of dishwasher tablets!



Brilliant aftercare service and full of advice. Go and check it out!

Popped in Saturday as our old fridge freezer had died on us. Lovely customer service, great price and new fridge freezer on the same day. Couldn't be happier just in time for the BBQ meats and ice cubes for weekend drinks :D

John and his team were very helpful, I needed a integrated washing machine and they were able to point out what model numbers they had coming into stock the next day. I was able to research, phone them the next day to put my name on the machine I wanted.

All products were very competitively priced and you will. It find better value for money. I was able to return my old washing machine for safe recycling.



I've been using this shop for 9 years and it really is the first place I would look when needed new white goods.

I've bought numerous appliances over several years, and have always been impressed by the personable and highly knowledgable staff, who will happily hold a machine back for a while, or help me load into my car. I'll be back again soon to replace our ageing freezer with a nice frost-free unit!

Appliance shopping made easy! Have used this place on a number of occasions now and would recommend it to anyone. Having looked up on line for a tumble dryer, we saw the one we wanted and went to the outlet shop to buy it. Unfortunately when we got there they didnŌĆÖt have the one we wanted in stock and the others were more expensive, the sales guy immediately said he would match the price we had seen. We chose the one we wanted and purchased it, we were in and out In 15 minutes. Brilliant service!

Apart from a bolshy Welshman was very impressed.­¤śē. Have used this outlet for many years now and never been let down yet. The new layout is definitely much better lads. As always, a pleasure to have dealings with you, and prices are so reasonable. I recommend you all the time. See you all again soon. Heather Brooksx
