We have traded uninterrupted as a family business with intention of producing quality products. Houghton Hams is currently producing a Northamptonshire Ham, which has been procured from local farms. Along with our unique traditional Wagstaff Complete Cure, this has enabled us to facilitate a product that offer both 'provenance' and a 'point of different' for the multiples and food service business.
