Used this company as they had the cheapest quote. Packing service was a disgrace, stuffing clothes into boxes even though they had said wardrobe boxes would be used, heavy items loosely put in boxes with poorly wrapped breakables, items from different rooms put into the same boxes and air fresheners put in boxes with food, tainting it.

Damage was also caused to walls in new property, most minor but an inch long hole was put into a plasterboard wall. This was done by trying to move a chest of drawers with the drawers still in making it heavy. If they had removed the draws it would have been easier to maneuver which you think a set of professionals would know.
Damage to other items too.
Also cotbed was assembled incorrectly causing the mattress to be at a slight sideways angle, this meant my 2 month old woke up the first night with her head against the side bars. The base was also not secure which could have caused the mattress and baby to fall to the floor, luckily I notice the issue before this happened.

Worst of all when I reported the issues it was insinuated that I was not telling the truth!

Unprofessional, shoddy and dangerous.
