Providing energy performance certificates (EPCs) to property owners and agents across the Thames Valley

Since 2007, both domestic and commercial properties being let or sold have required an Energy Performance Certificate to assess the level of energy effiiciency of the property. Now Green Deal funds are available to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, in order to achieve carbon reduction targets for 2050, the EPC has a role to play in educating consumers on the part they can play, as well as helping to reduce their energy bills.
