On Friday we had to say our farewells to our beloved friend & Salon Manager Scott. It was a beautiful and very fitting send off. On Friday 26th April, The House of Evelyn will be closed as the team will be saying our goodbyes to our beloved and forever missed Scott.

Sharing our memories of our beloved Scott, and talking about all of the things he loved and was proud of is helping us to keep smiling through this very difficult time. One of Scott’s proudest moments and career highlights, was when he was selected to be part of the House of Evelyn team that had been chosen to support Fashion Designer, @zeynepkartalofficial for her @londonfashionweek showcase, in February 2018. ...Whilst the team were working at LFW, we had the pleasure of looking after a number of Zeyneps Celebrity front row guests, including Hollywood star @lindsaylohan Lindsay loved her Hair & Make Up so much, along with enjoying her time with Scott & @emiliehouseofevelyn she asked for a Selfie 😊 This was the first time both Scott & The House of Evelyn, had worked at London Fashion Week and some amazing memories were made that we will cherish forever. ✨

Scott was a huge part of House of Evelyn family. He was here with us from the very beginning and he witnessed the growth of our family. He has brought us all together. And we were all very close with him. He has a big personality and big heart. He cares for everyone and brought so much love and joy to all of us. I know he will be very sadly missed. Visited the new Salon in Southport at the Vincent Hotel last week for a massage. Yasmin is the BEST and only person I would go to for a massage. She listens to where your troubles or pains are and always works on them. She's so sweet and lovely. The salon is gorgeous and smells amazing. Southport needs it's own page I think! Highly recommend. Going back for an amazing facial next week. Yasmin does amazing facials too!

Salon is absolutely beautiful, will definitely be rebooking for another appointment. Vicky done my hair, have highly recommended her to others and I wouldn't go to anyone else to have mine done again. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Also, I have recommended to my sister in law for a mum to be massage �

My first time at House of Evelyn and it did not disappoint. A friendly, warm welcome. A luxurious interior and relaxed atmosphere. A great cut by Lee. Overall a really nice experience. Will definitely be going again and would highly recommend.

I love this place, the 60 minute party ready is awesome. Lee did my hair and I would recommend him. My make up looked amazing and I will definitely be back soon.

I live on the Wirral and had travelled to Manchester for a hen do. Found the salon on instagram and it didn’t disappoint!

The lovely Scott did my hair up for a festival themed hen party and the lovely aiofie did my make up, couldnt fault them from start to finish! The salon is beyond 5* , stunning. Staff made me feel very comfortable and very complimentary! Never usually do reviews but felt I had too as it was soooo good x x x

I have used a number of salons in Manchester over the years but this salon is on another class of it's own. The service, staff and venue is the best in Manchester and that feeling of the massage chair whilst your hair is being washed is absolutely divine! Very luxurious décor and surroundings too just like a 5* hotel/venue is. Sarah has been my hairdresser for a number of years now and her amazing skills fit perfectly here. Highly recommended.

I had a colour change and restyle with Scott. He is truly outstanding and his knowledge about hair colour and cutting is second to none. My new style and colour is amazing, I love it. The salon is a relaxing and luxurious environment. By far the best salon in Manchester!

I had a Decleor facial yesterday. It was absolutely wonderful. Gina was amazing. I felt so relaxed both during and after the treatment. Beautiful surroundings, lovely staff and reasonably priced. Gina also gave me some tips on how to look after my skin properly.



I'm going to book myself in for a massage next.



The only negative I have is that I was so sleepy and relaxed all afternoon �

I brought my Mum here as a surprise for her birthday. I booked her in for a day of pampering and she loved every minute. She said that everyone was so friendly and polite and really made her feel special. Had my hair cut yesterday & the whole experience was first class from start to finish. Was having a complete different style & Aaron was fabulous with great advice and knowledge to make it work. Really happy with the cut. Felt very welcomed & the massage chair whilst having my hair washed was lovely. Definitely be back again. Thank you!!

Both me and my mum came yesterday for our hair and nails, all the staff were lovely and very accommodating! Vicky did mine and my mum's hair, she was lovely and did a great job! Talia did my mum's nails and Brittany did mine, both took the time to make sure our nails were perfect and did a fantastic job! Especially Brittany as I had some bio nail gel on which wasn't the easiest of things to take off, but she did a great job and was very patient and gave good attention to detail! And we had a nice chat with Scott who was also lovley! All in all great experience and we've got 2 more appointments booked in this week <3

First time visiting House of Evelyn but probably won't return. I had a booking for semi permanent eyelashes on last Wednesday night, was told to reschedule my appointment because the receptionist had double booked me.. By the time I had gotten home two of the lashes had fallen off, and after three days all but one of the eyelashes has fallen off. Not impressed as the price tag for this was 35£(luckily I had a voucher so only paid 25) I followed the proper care and instructions, not to sleep on my face, touch my eyes or use oil based make up remover, in fact I didn't wear any eye make up at all. The one positive was the beautician was nice.
