As some that come into the shop know already, I will soon be launching House of Venoms assault on the online reptile market.
I will be starting with the full selection of live and frozen foods dropped straight to your door at what will be very competitive prices.
... I will also be adding in other key products such as supplements, lighting and heating consumables so that you have the necessities at the end of your finger tips at the start.
The aim is to have up to 3000 products added throughout the year so you get EVERYTHING delivered to your door all over the UK!
But as you know, I do things differently, there will be some twists and fun along the way when you shop with me online and you never know what rewards you could be offered as a valued customer 🐍😎
But thats not all,
For the the regular customers that come into the shop and are still stable enough to enjoy our eccentric company, there will be a loyalty card scheme for you to spend and save on products you buy.
I hope you can get behind this new project and let your friends know that we will be able to reach out and give the same levels of knowledge and customer service to customers that are unable to make it into the shop.

Whats changing in 2019
So as the shop gets busier and busier there are some things we will sadly be saying goodbye to in 2019.
ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS AND DISPLAYS
... Any bookings received will be passed on to my friends company Animals UK. I will still do the DWA displays with Rob but only those. (This is one of the few animal encounter companies I would ever recommend and I am not associated with anyone else.)
VENOMOUS HANDLING SESSIONS.
I will no longer be conducting these for money. You want to know about venomous snakes? You need to come and chill with us (we do that a lot), get to know us (we don’t bite). Maybe you will just be invited to get involved on evenings we clean and handle them? (all current bookings for 2019 will be honoured)
On the plus side there will be more new and exciting things coming in during 2019 so watch this space!

So now that we have got Christmas out of the way, I am going to start running down the viv in the shop to start the refit. Animals will be able to be ordered on request so fear not.

Visited the shop for the first time today travelled from Essex as I had always wanted to go. I wasn't disappointed lovely shop and what a lovely guy Alex is very helpful and knowledgeable will defo be visiting again

So just visits House of Venom Reptiles and there amazing �� never seen so many venomous reptiles like the king cobra ,black mamber and a taipan �� all I can say is amazing in every way definitely going to be my number one store from know on. Alex and the gang are super friendly and know exactly what they are on about. Thank you guys for the amazing experience defanly gunna be comeing back soon. Any one who owns reptiels or is thinking about it these guys are the people you should go to.

My Mum and I came into your store today just for a general look and to ask questions about both Western Hognoses and your livefood prices. We were so impressed by how the manager (Alex - I think his name was) and his Mum were brilliant in answering my questions (even though I was really shy to ask it at first lol). The animals were brilliant and in brilliant, pristine condition and the store itself is light and airy and bigger than I expected (considering the store shop front seems small). So many different species of snake, lizard, tortoises and invertebrates. Thank you again and see you soon :) xx

I was lucky enough to attend the Venomous Snake Experience here at House of Venom. What an absolutely incredible experience it was! Seeing the amazing Snakes behind glass was fascinating enough, but to then see them face to face (but a safe distance apart) was absolutely mind blowing. An experience I will never ever forget!

Alex was a great host. He made the afternoon fun and was a good laugh, whilst staying very professional. He certainly knows his stuff and his snakes very well!

The shop was great too! Loads of stock, stunning animals and nice enclosures!

I visited House of venom for the first time with my 4 year old son and my friend. I went in there to ask him some questions about my millipedes and he gave me some wonderful knowledge and advice. He showed my son lots of cool creepy crawlies so much so we purchased one. He was very generous and gave us lots of food for my new purchase and other insects for free. He also gave my son his owl feather and a free house of venom keyring. Very happy 4 year old and very happy mummy. Him and his mum were so lovely and I hope to visit again

I love this shop!!! The guys are so helpful and knowledgeable even on giving advice for reptiles at home, they generally care! I can’t rate it high enough and is so worth the 45 min drive

Hi there, just some lovely feedback for you really! My husband and I came to your shop last Sunday after discovering it actually existed on Friday courtesy of Urban Safari! We came to price up a viv and accessories and possible availability of a blue tongue for when we get our extension in about 2 years so we can start saving. Your assistant Molly was just amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I came in with a husband who I had only just managed to agree to a bearded dragon in a 4 ft viv after yeeears of work... but...Molly asked if i'd like to meet Steve, which I was so happy to do, and within five minutes my hubbie has stroked Steve and decided he was actually quite cool! By the time we left the shop an hour later he had said we could get a blue tongue, a beardie and an extra viv in a set up similar to the one your larger snakes are in! So I know it is a long way off but we will be coming to you when our extension is done for a custom viv, as well as accessories and the lizards themselves. All thanks to your fab shop assistant and gorgeous Steve who helped me convince my hubbie that blue tongues are awesome and vivs can be beautiful! Thanks! Dawn xxx

All my questions was answered in full.I purchased a full set up for a rainbow boa and used the divide buy credit which was so easy to use, it took only a few minutes. I would highly recommend Alex and the house of venom for anyone wishing to start keeping reptiles. I will be definitely returning for future purchases.

Collected our baby Horsefield tortoises today which have settled in very nicely. Alex and all at house of venom are so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt so confident in Alex that I left it to him to put together all that my tortoises needed. Highly recommended if you are looking for good customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Absolutely love this shop all staff are so helpful and so much useful information about keeping reptiles. I even got to hold Steve the skink and I have fallen in love. Let me know how the breading goes because I want one when they are ready to go.
